Post your workouts, share your stats

I'm doing a modified starting strength and trying to maintain/slowly build muscle and increase lifts while losing fat. I've been doing SS basically my whole life. I stay on it for 3 months or so, then I travel for an extended period or get an injury and have to rest, and so many of my lifts reset, so I have to work my weights up again. I just got back from a one-month vacation so my lifts are a bit lower than before I left.

All in lbs:

A
3x5 Squats @ 235
3x5 Bench @ 165
3x5 Pendlay Rows @ 160
2x8 Dumbbell Curls @ 45

B
3x5 Overhead press @ 120
1x5 Deadlift @ 300
2x8 Hyperextensions @ 120
2x8 Weighted situps @ 60

My dream is to hit a four plate deadlift. I've come very close before. When I start bulking again (2 or 3 months?), I'll work weighted chin-ups into the routine and start taking creatine.

So I've just started a new program (Tactical Barbell) because I need to really work on improving my conditioning in addition to strength. As part of the new program I basically took a 5 week break from lifting and am now working the big lifts back into my rotation and plan on really focusing on Bench/Squat/Weighted Chins as my major exercises 3x a week for at least the next 12 weeks or so while also doing pretty heavy conditioning.

Anyways before my 5 week break my strength numbers were (in pounds):

Bench: 2x @ 175
Squat: 1x @ 227.5
Deadlift: 4x @ 295
OHP: 2x @ 122,5

So obviously some work to do there as well.

I switch progressions to Starting Strength Novice Phase 3 for the first time ever. My lifts are right about where they start to plateau, so I thought I'd shake it up, and plus I was eager to work chin-ups back into my routine.

There's major change is that I'll only be deadlifting once every 3 sessions, which I'm not too stoked about. However, there will be more presses, which is one of my weakest lifts. Still, my goal was to hit a deadlift of 4 plates, so it looks like it will be a looooong time before I achieve that.

I'm going to be away from the gym for a full month, and i was REALLY hoping to hit a 1RM deadlift of 405 for the first time in my life before my muscles waste away to peeled grapes

the 1RM was 10lbs over my max as calculated from my previous session, but I still hoped I could do it. turns out: lolno. I got the bar off the ground but couldn't progress any further than that. left the gym defeated, dejected. i'll take another crack at it in like 4 months or so, i guess. sigh.
