I found this on reddit after someone posted a new block. It's a mosaic of gif tiles filled with all kinds of characters and shit from media, making up rooms on a building floor.

I spent a while scrolling around looking for interesting things and figured everyone else might have fun finding stuff to share.

First things I thought to screenshot:

Essentially, there's a small screen there, it plays like 2-3 second clips of assorted references. I had spent at least 4-5 minutes staring at it and didn't see it loop yet. It's insane!

Edit: Yeah, I came here to post this and it's still playing new ones. What is this?!

Don't know if it works on mobile but on PC you can click on it, press open and it'll show you the list. You can add your own.

There are quite a few similar interactives on there. If you go to the hospital bit and find the guy with the pink keyboard near the top right of the map (just above Jabba the Hutt) he'll play a different tune every time you click, and again they are user submitted so there are tons of them.

A lot of stuff in this general area I liked. Stormtroopers playing Duck Hunt. Sonic, Mermaid Man, Beavis & Butthead, Kermit smoking out back of the Muppets show, Futurama tube. The creator must really be a huge Futurama fan because I saw every main character somewhere along with several side characters and references. Two separate ones in this spot alone.


Big fan of Carlton dancing with that one meme dog and R2D2 pissing in the background. Also Subaru and her duck mascot from that one meme and the two Charlie Brown kids were funny to see.

Love stuff like this. It would take an eternity to find everything and just one area can have so much little stuff packed into it. I remember halfway through I was thinking "Mike Judge has to have his characters in here somewhere" but I didn't notice Beavis & Butthead until I went back to the first area I looked. I bet King of the Hill has representation somewhere too but I didn't see it.

There's.... so much more here than I thought. This clicking meta has just made it so much better.

There's a "change my mind" booth where you can add in 3 lines of text yourself. Under moderation so you can't just throw anything there.

I found a cocoon girl from Duke Nukem. If you click it, you get the "kill me" voice line from the game too.

Yeah I didn't realize you could click things, that changes everything. I'd be here all day if I went and clicked everything again, but I found a little quest you can do with a suitcase in the mafia area. Also got punched through the screen by Chuck Norris.

Upon clicking, apparently those were Clone Troopers earlier. Which is what I originally thought, but when I googled them it looked more like Stormtroopers. Whatever, Star Wars dumb.

I got into the suitcase! I was 90% there with the answer, but had one of the numbers confused. Now I'm trying to figure out the next part.

This site reminds me of either Cracked or Mad magazine… I can’t remember which one it was, but every once in a while they’d have “hidden image” pages with all kinds of pop culture references or jokes about them.

I've definitely seen similar stuff before, but the crazy interconnectivity of the animations is wild, as another layer.

Just found out Chuck Norris is interactive and it scared the crap out of me!

There's a couple health things, like one from Half-Life that you can interact with. Don't remember where the other one is from.

There's a Jaws poster at the bottom left corner. Go check that one out.

I love the combination of Bepop from TMNT being chopped for lunch and then Rocksteady being at the police crying about his bud being missing.

Also, I just noticed the Police Academy reference. The chief is getting a BJ at the podium.
