Former smoker. I do vape 0 nic though. I have three go to devices at this point.

A Dovpo Topside 2 with a Profile PS squonk.
A GeekVape Aegis with a Falcon Legend tank.
A Voopoo Vinci 2 for on the go.

My favorite juice I found is no longer made, so I'm sad but it's Chilled Melon Remix from Twist. Watermelon Menthol. Gonna need new ones soon though since that's no longer an option.

I smoked cigarettes for 15 years on and off. Longest off streak was about 4 or so years, then the Juul craze happened. I avoided it at first but since I worked with a bunch of younger adults at the time, I eventually got into it. I quit that when the vape juice ban happened, dabbled in cigs here and there, and then moved to elf bars in July 2023. I go through one elf bar every 3-4 weeks or so, so way less than my historical intake. I'd eventually like to phase it out, though. My GF vapes a lot more than me, kind of the reason I still do. I could easily stop if she did, but she doesn't want to. Someday..

Yes, the only thing that SHOULD go in your lungs is air...

But the fact they jumped on banning juices so quickly is laughable. All it did was make black market shit more dangerous and THAT'S why so many kids were getting sick and dying. Not to mention it was all THC related shit.

There is NO scientific link to vaping and cancer. Respiratory illness? Sure, but again, only air in lungs. But to promote vaping as inherently AS dangerous as smoking was not only a lie, but uneducated. Even vaping Nicotine (which I don't) doesn't not have any of the same effects smoking does. Pissed me off.

I vape no nic for oral fixation (shut up TD) and because I love the flavors. I can stop, but I don't want to. I will go through phases though.

Dude, yes. I learned a LOT about it from the Juul documentary on Netflix. It was extremely informative. I truly felt Juul was doing the right thing until the C-suite got played by big cigarette. Then they sold to Altria and it was history. Movement over. Now we have to worry about knockoffs and black market bullshit, when we could have had plenty of safer options available.

In Florida they've moved mostly to prefilled pods for everything and I hate it. There is no 0 nic sold in stores anywhere near me, and I'm sorry I just don't trust prefilled shit.

It's like MTG for me... I'd rather buy from a Local Game Store, but they are FORCING me online and Florida has a forced "signature required" fee for all vape stuff. I hate that I can't get what I need in a store anymore

Yup, and I’m not proud of it. I started when I was 15, young, dumb, and drunk. This girl offered me one, and as always… when you think with the wrong head. After that, it became something I did when I drank, and then developed into the typical nicotine addiction. I first smoked Newport 100’s, then Marlboro Menthol 100’s and eventually kings, then Camel menthols, and then I began rolling my own after a $1.50/pack combined state and federal tax increase. I paid $10 for a pack of smokes one time when I was desperate and working in NYC. Never again. At least the rolled smokes are fresher, don’t have the fire safe bands on them, and don’t have *as* many additives.

The worst part? I watched emphysema kill my grandmother and STILL would light one up when I got in my car after seeing her.

The absolute worst habit I have.

Yup yup. My brand is Nat's, short for Nat Sherman, a brand you've never heard of. My motto for them is, "they're like Natural American Spirits, but don't suck". There is literally one store in like, the tri-state area that sells them, and I think they only keep them on hand because of me.

I tried the vape thing for awhile, like, 6 months, but it just weren't the same, ya know? Too bad, I invested like, 140 bucks into the whole set up, too. One of them big ones, with the chonky clouds.
