I've played PowerBall a couple times when it jackpot was huge, but not often. Waste of money, IMO.

I wish I could win the jackpot. Some weeks I just buy one. But the most I have won is 4 dollars off of a ticket.

If you gamble, just know your limits basically.

To me I look at it as spending a certain set amount of money on some amount of entertainment.

Like for the amount it costs these days for my wife and I to like go on a date night, we could take that same amount and spend it playing around the cheap tables/slots for a couple hours. Sometimes we make a bit of a profit, but mostly we just have spent money on doing something fun together.

I just go to Dave and Busters and play skeeball. You get a little back for each game and you have something that you can actively improve on. Skeeball is fun. Too much bending over, tho.

Only when it reaches close to a billion. I know I won’t win, so I only throw like $10 down every 6 months

I won $72 on the lottery once, but otherwise, big fat zilch. I only do it occasionally now because I can't afford shit lol

Scratch-offs, only. I ain't gonna buy some ticket, then sit around waiting to see if I won. Boring. Just gimme a neat scratch-off with a cool gimmick, like La Lotteria, or something. Anyway, maybe 20 bucks a month. Depends of if I have cash when I pass that kiosk in Wal-Mart. Though I do plan to buy like, 200 dollars worth when I get my big work bonus, just to see what happens.
