There is a Kickstarter coming up for a Discworld based narrative RPG. From reading the interview in the linked article, I'm appreciating the humor of the developer and pretty curious about this.
It seems the primary intent is to make people boister the English language in order to get away with stuff. Everyone gets a trait, but it seems they're phrased ambiguously enough that you can twist the meaning to let you do various other stuff.
It mentions no hit points or modifiers, so very laid back in regards to the TTRPG side. I'd still be interested in possibly running this, though.
