Suggestion Discord Game Night?

Hey all,

So a couple of people on the Discord forced suggested I post a thread about some ideas stirring there about a community game night, with suggestions for this next Saturday. Having games like Among Us or Jackbox being suggested so far. Would anyone be interested in hopping onto the Discord server and joining in a group gaming session for some fun? Starting once and maybe turning into a routine?

What are your thoughts?

Oops. I may have helped with this idea.

I'm thinking of serperate chat rooms(voice chat) or text rooms that could incorporate serperate game sessions at once. But yes among us and Jack box, could also do tabletop games or dnd. We don't really know.

The idea is to involve more people and see more interaction. Even if you don't play said games, the idea that you could spectate would be super cool too and learn and enjoy the fun. We're thinking Saturdays and me personally would do 8pm central. But it could just be anytime Saturday evenings till whenever is when people could join up. Nothing sharp or specific.

just checking in here to say this probably isn't getting enough visibility. The Marvel thread always pushes everything else down in here. An announcement link to this thread might be warranted.

To answer the question. Possibly. It would depend on the game. I have sometimes thought about hosting an online tabletop game somehow. Perhaps that would be better suited in the tabletop forum. But anyway maybe it would help to first think of the list of games to play.

Agreed and agreed. I'm all for suggestions and then some. I just keep rattling off ideas and seeing what sticks.

I'd be interested, almost regardless of the game really.

I'm typically not free on Saturdays until 8 pm PDT though. I could do Friday evening or any time Sunday though. Or if people are still playing that late on Saturday, I could just hop on when I'm free.

Although I could do today (a Saturday) at that time if you want to see how many people are up for something on short notice.
