I live in the North East, so I have a lot of it around me. Just curious if anyone else has some good breweries around them that they'd recommend. My favorite local spot is Belleflower Beer. Absolutely incredible stuff all around.

Can't have most beers thanks to the Celiac...

However, the Alchemist's main two are both gluten free (without them planning for it to be that way). So I do get to enjoy Heady Topper and Focal Banger. There are occasionally some other craft gluten free beers that are fine, but most are "meh" at best.

I do craft cider a lot though. Once you get out of the massed produced stuff they stop being so sickly sweet, and you can actually have more than one of them without feeling like you've instantly become diabetic.

Treehouse Brewing in MA. They have a bunch of locations in the state now but the original is 15 minutes from my house. Best stuff ever but expensive.

I try to get different things every time but they are so widespread now that they all start to taste the same.
Nice, I've had quite a few Treehouse Beers. You've likely got Belleflower distro in your area. You should definitely check out Into the Kaleidoscope if you see it around. Great beer. One of the brewers/owners was from Trillium and the other from Lone Pine.

Today I learned that Alchemist beers were gluten free. I'd never have thought that to be honest with you. There's at least one GF brewery in Maine called Lucky Pigeon. Not sure if they distribute.

The only ones I'm sure of are Heady Topper and Focal Banger. They were referenced in this article initially: https://www.vtcng.com/stowe_reporte...cle_34312a6c-93f0-11e7-9365-a3680a461a0c.html

I've had them both a few times and have had no issues. Scientifically Gluten Free works out!

There's also a fully GF brewery in Jefferson VT called Red Leaf.

I'll keep my eye out. There are so many breweries now that unless I get a recommendation I will gloss over most of them.
